Australian-born actor and model Kyna is based in Los Angeles, where she works across television, film and commercial campaigns. Raised as an athlete with a background in horse riding and dance, Kyna developed the discipline, resilience and work ethic that continue to shape her approach to every role.
After winning several modelling competitions, Kyna launched an international modelling career spanning more than two decades. She has appeared in editorials and campaigns for globally recognised beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands, including Covergirl, and has been featured in Vogue and other international publications.
Alongside her modelling career, Kyna built and successfully sold two businesses, the swimwear label Kini Bikini and beauty brand Kini Glow, before returning her focus to acting full-time.
Kyna's television credits include recurring appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, as well as roles in Welcome to Chippendales (Hulu) and Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. (Disney+). She also just filmed Will Ferrell EP feature film Here for the Weekend, set to be released next year.
A SAG-AFTRA performer, Kyna has booked more than 25 national commercial campaigns, bringing natural comedic instincts, authenticity and emotional truth to projects across television, film and advertising.
In 2023, Kyna became a United States citizen and continues to build her career from Los Angeles. She is drawn to character-driven stories that explore resilience, humour and the complexity of the human experience.
