Raised in Australia, Kyna Lee's journey to the screen began long before she stepped onto a film set. Growing up with a passion for sport, horse riding and dance, she developed the discipline, resilience and work ethic that would later become the foundation of her career.

After winning several modelling competitions, Kyna launched a successful international modelling career that would span more than two decades. Her work has taken her around the world, appearing in editorials, campaigns and beauty, fashion and lifestyle advertising for internationally recognised brands, including Covergirl. Working in front of the camera from a young age gave her a deep appreciation for visual storytelling and human connection, ultimately inspiring a transition into acting.

Alongside her creative career, Kyna built and successfully sold two businesses, the swimwear label Kini Bikini and beauty brand Kini Glow. The experience of entrepreneurship taught her adaptability, perseverance and the confidence to continually evolve—qualities that continue to shape both her personal and professional journey.

Now based in Los Angeles, Kyna works across television, film and commercial campaigns. Her screen credits include recurring appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, roles in Welcome to Chippendales and Doogie Kamealoha, M.D., as well as supporting work in Will Ferrell Ep and Director Jane Casey Modderno’s feature  film Here for the Weekend, set to be released next year.

A classically trained actor and SAG-AFTRA member, she is known for grounded performances, natural comedic instincts and an authentic on-camera presence.

In 2023, Kyna became a United States citizen, marking another significant chapter in a life defined by growth, reinvention and a willingness to pursue new opportunities. She is drawn to stories that explore resilience, humour, vulnerability and the complexity of the human experience.

Whether portraying a character on screen or collaborating with a brand, Kyna brings curiosity, professionalism and a genuine love of storytelling to every project.

  • I’m an avid traveler and have explored over 14 countries.

  • My dream is to set up an animal rescue called Happy Hooves rescues, helping to save horses or any animal with hooves in need. I grew up next to a horse stud farm and learned how to care for these animals from a young age.
